Whether you are new to meditation or a long-time meditator, these Nature-based Awake in the Wild meditations are sure to nourish your heart, mind, and body, and reconnect you to the Natural world of which you are intimately connected. Julia will be teaching the Awake in the Wild Daily Sits from Aug. 25 - 29, 2025 from 7:30 - 8:15AM Pacific Time. These daily guided nature-based meditations are available online on a donation basis. While sitting or walking outdoors is optimal, it’s fine to be near a window indoors. You can join the Daily Sits any Monday - Friday
