Based on the principles of Alignment Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Bones, and Yoga for Healthy Aging, this class will help you feel grounded, aligned and strong with a healthy range of motion, agile, and resilient. Register in the store for a Single Yoga Class ($10). This class is offered Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15pm (PT). As an option, you can subscribe to my Video Library with 20 hrs of yoga videos on many health topics to enjoy at your leisure
